OUR STORY
It was two years back in 2021 when a group of six passionate individuals decided to meet up in Washington DC to determine the fate of our non profit organization. One came from Phoenix Arizona, two from Washington DC, two from New Jersey and one from New York. What ensued that weekend was nothing short of a miracle.
Four of us met the Friday before and waited for the other two to join them on Saturday morning, not knowing what the fate of the non-profit would be. What was common among all of us was the passion to give back to the community and the spirit of entrepreneurship. All of us were at different stages of our careers but what made us unique was the longing to do something for our motherland back home.
The joining of the other two made us whole and things started to fall in place like magic when we all synced in our thoughts to start a non profit called US India Connections Forum or USICF. This truly ignited our passion to do more for our community and after hours of discussion and deliberation we came up with our project ideas and started our journey to create impact through our platform.
